Raw Tagliatelle pesto with kale crisps

Today’s raw meal is a raw tagliatelle made with courgettes with a pest sauce finished with a raw Parmesan and hydrated kale crisps.

It’s a bank holiday in Italy so the crew are off so not many to cook for !

Old bananas always make a good morning cake !

Main meal a venison in red wine with local Italian mushrooms finished with kale crisps and served with a butternut squash and potato mash with Parmesan and veggies !
