So last night I made Mexican tortilla chips Russel James recipe which worked well, the filling I based on Russell’s recipie how ever I added chopped aubergine jerky to give the filling a more meaty texture also I dehydrated some red pepper and beetroot to add more chunky bits. Accompanied with guacamole tomato salads and a raw cheese sauce.
We also had egg fried rice and spare ribs for the meat eaters.
