Mushroom and walnut stack with a broccoli and spinach pesto and spicey buckwheat crumble.

This was my first time using buckwheat in raw food and now realise how easy it is to work with ! It has much promise ?

So today I made a dehydrated mushroom and walnut cake which I topped with a broccoli and spinach pesto layered with marinaded courgette and tomato this was garnished with home grown sprouted broccoli and lentil sprouts !

 

The main grilled veal steaks with fried egg and Cajun junky oven chips.
