Friday Raw menu Sphagetti Neapolitan.

Friday is always a busy day for a yacht Chef preparing for the weekend so today quick raw dish is a spaghetti made with butternut squash courgette and sweet potatoes and a tomato and pepper sauce topped with a almond and nutrition yeast Parmesan cheese.

Still using up Boss foods so fillet steak and lobster with Pommes Anna and a  vegetable mix.

Weekend dishes for 3 crew Spaghetti carbonara, chicken jambalaya, chicken jalfraza,  Game pies with vegetable, pheasant pate with orange liquor and cold lobster with prawns filling for rolls etc.
