Raw meat loaf with wild mushroom and spinach pesto

Today raw dish presented in a few different ways ! This is a dehydrated

raw meat loaf loaded with fresh sage and basil served with a tomato and mushroom sauce and a courgette and spinach pesto.

The crew main meal was roasted wild duck Clemantine sauce pommes gratin, tonight’s supper will be home made ham mushroom pizza with salads.
