Originally from the uk I now live in Mallorca how ever currently based in Italy on a 50M super yacht.
My back ground has always been catering mainly cheffing, I trained in the UK then did my apprenticeship in Switzerland.
I ran my own catering business in the uk and then found my self working on yachts, I do have my Officer tickets but feel that the galley allows me to challenge my self more.
I have recently discovered Raw food and I am very keen to develop raw dishes into ever day meal plans to improve the diet of normal eaters !
We all consume far to much processed foods and I feel that raw allows me to reduce this and introduce more enzymes and minerals into a normal diet which are normally lost.
